• Dietary preferences and goals (optional) — used by our AI to tailor recipe suggestions and food tips specifically for you.

How We Use Your Information

• Sending you one daily email containing AI-researched nutrition content personalized to your stated goals.
• Improving the relevance and quality of our AI-generated content over time.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Automate My Diet:

• Neon (neon.tech) — our database provider, which stores your name, email, and preferences securely.
• Google Gemini API — the AI model that generates and personalizes daily content. Your preferences are sent to this API to produce your tailored email. No personally identifiable information is stored by Google through this usage.
• Gmail / Google Workspace — used to deliver emails to your inbox.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) as part of normal hosting operations.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain a subscriber. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data from our database within 7 business days.

Your Rights

• Unsubscribe — every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
• Access or correction — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion — you can request that we delete all your personal data at any time.
